I have introduced 4 new alchemy singing bowls into the soundscape. These lovingly curated workshops will be a portal towards stillness and surrender. Expect a magical experience with blend of 6 unique alchemies and “true tone” Crystal Tone bowls harmonically working together. An experience that will be most grounding for all. Not only do these Crystalline structures look like pieces of art, they hold individual qualities that are beyond words – something you have to feel for yourself….I invite you to indulge.
The offering incorporates the Koshi chimes: handmade at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, each chime is a result of exacting craftmanship. Eight chords are welded with silver creating rich overtones. Crystal chime sings the resonance through the bamboo tube.
The workshop aims to calm the mind, open the heart and nourish the spirit. I may choose to weave in ‘yoga Nidra’** (a guided meditation style) throughout the soundscape.

All mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and weighted eye pillows will be provided for you to enjoy – please just bring yourself.
