This private session with me is a chance for you to explore what your mind & body is calling out for. I will guide you through a sensory sound bath experience; using the therapeutic tones of a unique collection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. These alchemy crystal bowls bring their own elements of healing: the aqua aura gold bowl influences the listener with the balance of the analytical mind, and transmutes blockages that give rise to disharmony. It lovingly entrains the auric fields for quantum shifting and activating. It’s relating to the divine masculine in all.

The lemon angel gold alchemy gifting clarity and connection to ‘inner child’. It amplifies your own ability to stand in your power and centres your energy to your core. Gold is high frequency, this bowl cradles you in warmth and love. An abundance of joy comes through energetically, cultivating a rise of enthusiasm for life and presence in the listener.

The offering will incorporate percussion instruments as well as Tibetan singing bowls and chimes. Aiming to calm the mind, open the heart, and nourish the spirit. I may choose to weave in ‘yoga Nidra’** (a guided meditation style) throughout the soundscape.

** A 2018 study published in the International Journal of Yoga found that yoga nidra was more effective than meditation at reducing both cognitive and physiological symptoms of anxiety.

All bolsters, blankets, blocks, and weighted eye pillows will be provided for you to enjoy – please just bring yourself (and any crystals or socks that make you feel your most comfortable!).
