Book a 1:1 pack to commit to a regular practice with me, benefiting from accountability and time ‘just for you’.
Practicing with a teacher on a 1:1 basis allows your session to be tailored with your specific needs.
If you are new to yoga, private lessons can help you build a strong foundation before diving into group classes. Taking private lessons gives you the space and time to gain greater understanding of the poses, but also work towards peak poses that may seem challenging or even too difficult for you. We will work stage by stage to gain awareness of the body, and create a regular practice for you to hold as a tool in your life (through the ups and downs).
I am happy to come to you, if required. Please get in touch with any queries and for small price adjustments if outside a 1 mile radius.
Alternatively, I have access to a private studio space located in Little Wymondley, in which there is an additional booking fee (£25).
