ORDER REQUIREMENTS
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify please do not use this site.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. However Freddie can not guarantee that these changes will be able to be made depending on the production phase. Once an item has been personalised it is unable to be changed.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel an order after this time please contact Freddie.freeform@gmail.com and we will advise on an individual basis. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled as this is dependant on the stage at which your item is in the production process. Once an item has been personalised it can not be cancelled.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-orders are items that are not in stock currently but are being made to order and will ship at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and you will be charged for the item/s and shipping when placing your order and your order will be sent out to you as soon as we have made the piece.
PROCESSING TIMES
Turnaround times are tight as it is just myself hand making these pieces. Although every effort will be made to deliver your order within the time stipulated. If you require your order by a certain date, please let us know with as much notice as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to their customised nature, all personalised and bespoke styles cannot be returned and are final sale. All items are individually made to order and customised for the individual.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email Freddie.freeform@gmail.com of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Please note Freeformyoga do not cover the cost of returns.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
PAYPAL
PayPal express feature is available to speed through the checkout.
GIFT CARDS
You can also use a gift card. Each gift card carries an individual code you can easily enter when completing the checkout. They expire after 6 months and may be combined with promotions. Gift cards cannot be used as an alternative to cash and no change will be given.
PRICING
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on the Website. Delivery costs will be charged in addition (if applicable). All prices are in the British Pound Sterling and you will be billed in British Pound Sterling. We try to make every effort to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price or cancel. We will only process any such order with your authority.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. When you place an order and make a full payment, you will receive an email acknowledging a receipt of your order. This is your Order Acceptance from Freeformyoga.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount Codes: We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

“Let’s aim for connection, not perfection”.
Much of my own journey has shaped the way of my teaching. I found huge shifts in my personal practice throughout the years simply learning how to deescalate the central nervous system (working with awareness around the vagus nerve). ALL achieved by using the breath, movement, mudras (gestures), and sound to cultivate an intimacy with myself. Yoga for me is a toolkit open for everybody’s use. Through yoga we teach to trust the body. This can feel vulnerable and unknown, practice makes this a safe space.
